·       Pictures provided in our Galleries are provided for informational and informational purposes only and are the sole property of Street Smart Travel and provided for the general public free of charge and would request that our Copyright be honored. • Street Smart Travel uses a Web Host and that Web Host will provide to Street Smart Travel information about your visits to our site. The Web Host server will keep logs including, but not limited too your IP Address. The Web Host will also keep a record of your visits to our site and add cookies to your machine. Street Smart Travel has no control over those protocols and therefore advises you of that fact. By visiting Street Smart Travel, you are subject to those conditions and Street Smart Travel has no control as to how the Web Host collects and stores information regarding your visit. • By registering your Email and/or street address with Street Smart Travel, you acknowledge we have the right to send communications we deem relevant to our keeping those registered, up to date and informed on matters Street Smart Travel believes essential to the traveling public.

• If at any time we change any policies that have any bearing whatsoever on your privacy or control of ANY information we ask you share with Street Smart Travel, we will send you a “Notice of Change” prior to implantation of the proposed changes in order to give those who wish to Opt-out, the opportunity to do so prior to the effective date of any new policies.

• You may change, add to and/or delete the information you provide Street Smart Travel at anytime and every effort shall be made to effect those changes upon receipt of same. However, changes will take a minimum of 3 business days and no longer that 14 business days. Street Smart Travel will Notice you as to the exact time it will take to comply with any change request.
